Norma Ramirez, Administrator has worked for Humpal Physical Therapy for 16 years. She started out in the Corpus Clinic Front Office verifying insurance. She was cross-trained with the various job duties in the front office. After working three years in the front office, she was offered the opportunity to work in the back office Billing Dept. Over the years she was promoted to Billing Manager. As the Company continued to grow, she was promoted to Administrator and she now manages the billing, collections, and accounts receivable departments at the Administration Office. She values the quality of care that is offered to the patients and is always willing to help patients with questions or concerns regarding their health insurance. Norma enjoys spending time with family and enjoys being outdoors.
